Janet may be in the clear.

3rd Circuit Court in Philly has reveresed the FCC charges that Janet Jackson broke FCC law during the CBS 2004 Super Bowl.    She had a wardrobe malfuntion and nothing more.    Ya one of the twins got out for all to see.   The court stated Janet and CBS were wrongly fined.   Good for them.
