Homeless dudes....

Why do we have so many bad homeless dudes on this side of the city?   Last year we had one burning up the buildings.   This year we have them breaking and entering.   One of them broke into a home down the street from us and refused to leave.   Then he hurt the owner.   What's up with that?   We need some place for these people to go.    Where I couldn't say...... Maybe......
