Frosty...say it isn't so...

This dude (Kevin Walsh) of Chestertown (md) has walked the Christmas Parade from 1997 till now.   He becomes Frosty The Snowman.    Puts on  a suit.    Plays the character.    Well it seems he has a problem with others.   He was arrested 5 time this year for fighting....what ever you can think of.   He decided to walk by the police (according to the police) and kick at their dog..... Because in his eyes it didn't belong there.   He said it never happened.   He said they just wanted to have a problem with him.   So they kicked his Snowman ass in front of all the nice kids.   You can't make it up.....

He is now saying he will come to court dressed as Frosty and fight them to the full...... Man....
