I could really get into trapping one of these and cooking it up for a day of celebration.   Call it what you want.    National killing of a large bird to eat day.    Iv'e had some of the meat before at the fair as a burger....O my God it was good.    I would think their eggs would be good too.   Large eggs.    Plus look at all the feathers you could make into table toppers.    O my... Martha Stewart would have a Hay-Day with one of these on the table....
