Snow?

Not that I want it.....Well if it brought out her......But man....Everyday snow warnings.   What or who issues snow warnings on rain filled near 40 degree days?    Who is the weather expert here?    O my she needs to ride the sloops and let her hair flow back .....and......Okay I stopped.....
