Why kick Mary out at all?

At the best of times in our year (this isn't one of them) we shouldn't kick a 25 year city worker to the curb over conflicts that three other city workers have with her.    Joe, Smith, and Burns have not given us a real reason for not letting Mary have her contract and leaving her alone.   They just did it.   Hell I have impulses from time to time and just don't act on them.   It seems like all they needed to do was say they don't like her.   That seems wrong in many ways.   Many people in the city don't like the three of them for many reasons, still they keep their jobs.    Like and dislike seem no reason to fire a person.

Well people have asked for winter weather.....

Snow is what some want......
